CDC-pathway alterations and additions to an existing Avalon Beach dwelling, incorporating a new swimming pool and outdoor entertaining area. CDC approval was achieved through a Private Certifier after our eligibility assessment confirmed the proposed works met all SEPP Complying development standards delivering fast-track approval without a Council DA.
