Construction Certificates (CC)
Complete CC documentation, structural & stormwater coordination, Energy Certificate (BASIX), stormwater, arborist and single-point management of lodgement with your Private Certifier.
Complying Development (CDC)
Fast-track residential approvals via Private Certifier under SEPP (Exempt and Complying Development Codes) 2008 & (Housing) 2021. We assess CDC eligibility and manage the full application — no Council, no delays.
